How constituency submissions are handled
Dr Moh Connect is designed to collect only information reasonably required to receive, route and follow up constituency issues and questions.
Information collected
Depending on the form used, this may include your name, phone number, ward, issue category, issue description, question, consent choices, submission reference, and timestamps.
Purpose
The information is intended for constituency engagement, issue follow-up, response coordination, and aggregate service reporting. Personal submissions are not intended for public display.
Public status tracking
Issue tracking by reference number is designed to expose only the reference, status and relevant timestamps. Names, phone numbers and issue details remain restricted to authorised staff.
Access and security
Production access should be limited through role-based controls. Staff accounts are authenticated and private fields are protected by database access policies.
Retention
A formal retention schedule should be approved before production launch. Records should not be kept longer than required for the stated purpose.
Consent
Submission forms require consent for constituency engagement and follow-up. Separate permission is requested before a submitted question may be considered for public response.
